straight from the horses mouth I have received confirmation from Virgin America that they do indeed offer all the perks as mentioned per Velocity's website. Will be bringing this letter with me wherever I am in the US. See if I still run into any brick walls

Had a lone Delta flight in there too and on the flight management screens Delta recognises me as Velocity Gold even though I only put in my frequent flyer number. Virgin America just shows my frequent flyer number..... an omen perhaps? Me thinks it could be.

d'oh! Well I'm getting clarification directly from Virgin America and something from Velocity just in case. I had this same issue flying Singapore Airlines in Feb. Thanks for the reply anyway

Hi guys was just calculating the SC's I'd earn on an upcoming trip in the USA. Part of it involves flying VAmerica from Newark, NJ to Las Vegas however I cannot select Newark as the Origin with Las Vegas as the destination. Does anyone know why? Is it because this trip doesn't earn SC's??
