    I have been in constant communication with NT consumer affairs, the NT licensing board, Travelscene Australia and AMEX since early October when I became suspicious there was fraudulent activity but remained optimistic that a resolution would be found so have not approached the fraud people yet.

    Hi Cruiser60, I have not yet returned to Darwin from holiday so communications are a bit erratic. I will be back at end of month and will contact them then.

    I am also one of Ms Pfitzner's victims ($24,000.00) but probably not yet counted amongst the 20 as this news has broken since I have been away. We bought a holiday from her in july last year, she required full payment up front stating that our destination required that sort of advance...
