It can be done. Last month I arrived LAX on QF11, on blocks at 09:40, off the aircraft 9 minutes later, in the AA lounge showering at 10:15....however I had no luggage and was at the front of economy.

Yes it is. Seems first flight back was QF 11 on the 20th. It was interesting watching the boarding from 49A. The 3 people in row 48 were descretly taken to the business lounge during boarding. I think if you had these seats you would want to board early to get overhead locker space, but...
