As occurs regularly with good old (un)reliable QF (when I have to fly with them) they have just cancelled my flight from SYD to BNE. The lounge dragons say they know nothing and cannot assist !! There is another flight scheduled 30 minutes after mine so they are clearly consolidating flights...

My comment was not meant to be in any way a legal analysis. It was my observation that QF chooses to charge different prices for an identical bundle, depending on the time of day the flight is inspirationally going to operate, even though they have no obligation to operate the flight at the time...

But remember you only bought a "bundle of rights" not a flight on a particular date or at a particular time. The QF aspirational timetable is just that. The T's and C's you MUST accept to book say so !! With so much "unfair contract" legislation to protect consumers, which the politicians said...

Westpac announced retail and mobile banking services were affected and have now been restored. EFTPOS was down but others were unable to use their credit cards. Believe whomever you choose to follow.

Cash is King. The banks do not want you to realise it works even when their data collection services, also known as credit cards, are not working - as usual.

I thought the lounge staff were all Sofitel employees. It sounds like QF are now outsourcing the First lounge as a training ground for Sofitel. A bit like the IT department, and the overseas call centres generally. If it can be done more cheaply then QF will embrace it.

I agree. I received the same one and after deleting it I wondered which data breach had been involved this time.
