I am quite interested to know if airlines have profiles on their FFs general habits/behavior etc. and act on those for awards/downgrades etc. I am not talking of obvious cases eg. a passenger who has a record of being asked to disembark due to unacceptable behaviour on board.
Not sure if this is an indication of a possible partnership between Virgin and Flybuys. I accessed webjet through my flybuys account and tried a few dummy bookings and all DJ flights are eligible for Triple Flybuys.
