Well, you are right, Qantas did owe me 167600 points. However I spent them now on a flight which used to be avialble to me, but did not seem possible unless I went to Dubai, which caused me some extra time in the air and waiting.

I am sorry about my mathematics. I now have 552 points after spending 167,048. My calculator is more accurate than my brain and it tells me that I started of with 167,600.
