Hi I just made a booking on a Qantas flight and I was told that I needed to change my luggage as the allowable weight is 23Kg per bad (down from 32Kg) I however checked on the web, and it states the 3/4/2009. Is this correct advice or not that was given to me by an operator? Thanks Samantha
