My bet is they will honour them. I agree the IT/promo people have jumped the gun & fired off a bit early. They will prob shorten the promo period by the time it was released early. If they took a zillion points off people they would look like prize dills!!

Amex CSO rang on Fri & said: 'Mr (um,skybolt) I have investigated this promo & the allocation of points has been done in error. You will be advised what will happen which includes the points being removed' I'm just the messenger. Thats what he said. The whole thing has been a big 'boo boo'.

**latest update** They believe it is capped at 4,000 per month. They still do not know how long the promotion is on.
