Sorry if this has already been stated but (i've just come to the last page) I just received a letter from Amex saying that they made an administrative error and that I'm back on my reward 5t/5k uncapped :) and till the 31st December. Must have been the ACCC or BFSO.

I know Amex can change the T&C's at anytime but are they allowed to backdate their T&C's like they have done?
