Hello one my friend play with system to make more points like he ordered something and return the product and tell them to send cheques and he eneded up with citi bank points.. is there anybody who played with the system like that if yes then lets share it and everybody can try to earn...

Yesterday I got call from citibank and they told me my card details has been compromised and I asked how did they know. They told me visa international notify them and they want to block my card and issue a new one... any comments.... ?

I called citi bank and ask them to change my card from gold to business card.. and they say no and they want me apply new business card and cancel old one... I said ok but they declined my card... so i call again but they said no.... I called couple of times and end of the they change...

i called citi bank and told them i want to cancel the card and they call me back and gave me 10000 rewards point ..... any body have this kind of experience with citi bank ?
