Yes it is possible. Im not sure how you would do it though. Previously when this has happened for me it was when Qantas Business Travel booked the flights for me.

Ive been to the chairmans lounge with a family friend who was getting the same flight. Its nice as its quieter than other lounges due to the "exclusitivity" of it. Its not really anything special that makes it worth trying to get a membership for.

Probably because its the only airline with consistently cheap flights from canberra. Good for when youre not travelling for work from canberra. Ive got a ticket with them, but am thinking of just going on qantas again, cause of excess luggage.
