I'm travelling from Melbourne to London on a Qantas red e-deal ticket, which I've been told is an economy N, O or Q class ticket. I was hoping to upgrade to business class using points but was told that isn't possible. Am I able to upgrade to an economy ticket that is not a N, O or Q class ticket?
