Swiss- Checked baggage onto connecting Singapore Airlines flight

Interline agreements have covered baggage for a long time, but not always. IATA is replacing interlining with offers and orders which will cover who is responsible for what at all points in the journey. The interlining agreement with SQ and Swiss covers baggage and its treatment.

Denied entry to QF Business Lounge when connecting to International OW

I would definitely lodge a complaint as you were not given an advertised benefit, more importantly others will be in the same boat until staff training is done to correct the situation, the dragon needs to be tamed.

The view or two from my "office"

The underbelly of Shenzhen, only way I can describe the view from above. Lots of construction has ground to a halt, including the lot next door to my Hilton which looks to be at the same state it was 18 months ago. What has not stopped is the bl**dy car horns.

    KC-135R Mid Air Collision 12 Mar 2026

Probably plenty around, not that they use radar during inflight refuelling, optical nigs just like your plane going to the gate. Any separation would be provided by the Hawkeyes/E3s and RAAF wedgetail airborne. The incident involved two KC135s.
