Currently MEL - DXB is showing 1 first seat on QFF on 11-14 March 2026 and 20-21 March 2026. I know from previous experience that Emirates updates seats at midday DXB time. So one would expect these to vanish at 6pm east coast time tomorrow maybe.

Aeroplan was the only other one which had access to F awards, usually huge amounts of points for this but much lower carrier charges. I'm not even sure there's the mechanism for them to restrict availability to QF elite members, QFF is set up so only QF inventory is limited by status. Everyone...

You can transfer Accor points in your account to Qantas, but it's actually quite poor value to do this.
