At least NZ has spirits. I can usually get an NZ "Works" fare for less than QF which provides a superior service. Also NZ's kids meals are actually kid friendly unlike QF.

Hilarious, leadership is effectively the same. The problems run waaaaaay deeper than the cosmetic things you listed. But you are more than welcome to keep drinking the kool-aid. Besides, according to you, I'm not obligated to support QF anyway :cool:

I'll consider supporting QF again when they start treating me and others like customers and not a nuisance. The contempt that QF have had for the Australian public over the last few years means they have a very long way to go to earn back support.

For all those saying that this is clearly the pax's fault, in 2022 we (2 adults, 1 child and 1 lap infant) were travelling MEL-xSYD-LAX with an overnight in SYD on one ticket. The day of the MEL-SYD leg our original flight was cancelled, and in the rebooking process QF cancelled the infant...

Do you have a baggage receipt that has the actual weight of your bags?

QF probably wants the extra J seats of the 787 as they seem to be constantly sold out to HNL

Only in that the agent charged 10kg not 2kg. That page says ME to SWP is $48USD/kg which is she charged 10kg is ~$725AUD

Unfortunately another example of why the outsourced call centres are completely incompetent and that QF management continue to show utter contempt for their customers by refusing to improve service.
