Refund for the purchase applied to my credit card overnight.

I responded to the email on Sunday morning. I cancelled all three passengers. Qantas also called me Sunday evening twice, once to ask me to call back and second to confirm receipt of email (as I missed both calls).

I decided to cancel mine. Sent the email confirming my wish to cancel yesterday and have received a response overnight that the ticket is being cancelled. Will update on how long it takes for the charge on the credit card to either be removed (is currently still pending) or refunded.

I've also dared to book, so will see what success is had.

I concur. I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bali back in 2019 and it just felt cheap. Won't be going back there. I have stayed at both W Seminyak and St Regis also. St Regis is my preference but that's because I'm too old for the DJs and late night parties at the Woobar!

Having traveled on Emirates yesterday, I didn't find the wifi very reliable (maybe too many people trying to use it). Even my colleague who paid for it, could barely use it.

It could indeed be different for the Krisflyer challenge. You're probably best emailing Bonvoy and getting something in writing from them. I've found they are normally pretty responsive.
