Should we credit to QFF or EK Skywards

Yes no problem, we are using EK more than QF these days. EK's new family pooling system looks very good on the face of it. For this trip: If we credit to QF - 40000 points and 0 SC's If we credit to EK - 72000 Skywards Miles and 72000 "tier" miles (gets all of us most of the way to EK silver)

Should we credit to QFF or EK Skywards

As far as I can tell, EK doesn't support this. There is the option on the MMB to change each passenger's QFF number to an EK Skywards number, but that's it.

Should we credit to QFF or EK Skywards

Wasn't aware of that site. Looks useful, thanks for posting. Is that still the case if we allocate the bookings to our Skywards numbers though? In any case, we wouldn't get much out of lounge access on this trip and would prefer a better earn rate

Should we credit to QFF or EK Skywards

Hoping to get some knowledge on this scenario: Family of 4, booked on EK to Europe. (2 of us are Qantas Gold). I've put our QFF numbers against the booking. Performed preferential seat selection etc. Flights are 100% EK. Booked direct with Emirates, and all flights on EK flight numbers. It...

    2027 Northern Summer family trip

You sent us on a wild goose chase with your first post! Yeah that should be a fairly good solution, but obviously with this being 2 years away, the available options may well change. I do like the idea of a Korea stopover. Do it in both directions if the oldies are not strong travellers...

    2027 Northern Summer family trip

Link above shows a couple of good options: 1 stop from MEL to Toronto via HKG on Cathay Pacfic 2 stop MEL to Toronto via SYD and ICN (Seoul) (Mix of Qantas, Asiana, Air Canada) Second one involves a 24 hour layover in Seoul which may be a pro or con. These are showing around the $11KAUD...

    PSA: Qantas Hotels drip pricing

I guess the most important thing is that there is an option to back out before you commit after the "final" price is displayed. But still, people do their price comparisons off the price shown on the first screen. This may lead you to click a particular hotel because the price looks better...

    PSA: Qantas Hotels drip pricing

I posted it for context without comment either way. If you want my opinion, I think it likely supports OP's position.

Pax offloaded from Dash 8 due to weight and balance

Pie in the sky, but this would be a great route for high speed rail A TGV would be almost at central station in Sydney in that time. Yes a pipe dream.

No tax invoice for international flights. Services are not "consumed" in Australia and not in scope of GST. https://www.ato.gov.au/businesses-and-organisations/gst-excise-and-indirect-taxes/gst/in-detail/your-industry/travel-and-tourism/gst-and-international-travel#ato-Internationaltravel...

International Qantas Awards Available One way but not Return.

It's easy enough to test whether it's "fishy" or just the impact of school holidays. Try a ghost booking. Instead of March, try putting your outbound as the first day of school hols. Suddenly the outbound award availability is horrible. It's Classic+ at twice the price, or routings via KL...
