I am in the exact same situation as you. I asked the CBP person when I added my E3 to GE and was told that the kiosk would assume I was entering on the visa (even though I also have an ESTA on the UK passport.) I am going back to the US tomorrow so will try and let you know how it goes.

A350s are so nice to fly on, and I hate dimmable windows. As long as the loos have windows I’m happy. The 2-4-2 of 330s is nicer than 3-4-3 in though.
