Had a massage in the Sydney lounge couple of weeks ago and must say it was disappointing, was offered a foot massage and it lasted barely 15 minutes.

Received the email this morning as well and have put through an upgrade request for SYD to DFW next week, had to do it over the phone as Qantas are having problems with their website. Also didn't realise that you can now request upgrades at the gate but only if one passenger is on the booking.

Perhaps we can suggest to Qantas to buy a pink noise generator and run it in the lounges, its meant to eliminate someone being able to overhear conversations. Saw a story about it a few weeks back and it was claimed to increase productivity in an open plan office

I got the offer as well, booked a JASA last week to Broome in June so will need to cancel and rebook. The fare condition states "QF any seat award conditions apply - change/refund QF only" so I'm assuming a QF flight is refundable?
