Received that, but that was March 5 pct bonus for manual transfers (and 15 pct for the first Auto). Then in April they had an offer similar to the current 250/500 one. I found T&C email and looks like only 'first ever' were included. Probably not worth chasing...

Yes in between statements. As mentioned, bonus terms changed in December, timeframes could be different depending on when you applied.

Yes, mine only came through ~3 weeks after the 4th statement. This was by far the longest I had to wait for a sign up bonus. CBA has now changed the T&Cs and should be awarding the chunks monthly, but we won't have to worry about for a couple of years.

have you checked the Citi app, 'convert to installments' tab at the bottom? I've had that offer there for months just never used it as my bi-monthly payall setup was fully using the available limit.
