On an all-Y 700 now, row 5 (freely selectable within 48h as gold) has the same legroom as economy X in rows 2-4.

Just had a chat with a VA pilot at the footy this arvo, he reckons there's 60pax only on the 700s

How are you getting to SCL? I haven't seen Qantas open up any availability in any class for 2024 yet, and you can't use Latam as they are no longer part of oneworld.

How does this work for classic awards? If I've got a Latam flight number, would Latam be able to select a seat if I called them? My QF PNR is not recognised by the Latam website. Edit: I was able to select via the RJ website and that seat is now showing on the Qantas website.

Hi all, I am gold, but my old man is platinum. Are any issues likely if he calls to request the release of I seats for CR as the first flight on my OWA? Is this also possible as an additional flight added later to a PNR?
