We flew from SYD-PER in J yesterday and it was a bunfight. The drop down screens were activated and then started flapping around as though they were washing on the line. In the end, only two screens worked, so we read the safety card in the pocket. Not much - but what has it to do with safety???

Perhaps I should have stated that I allowed the auto renew as the premium was more than acceptable to me.

You must be wearing the rosiest of rose coloured glasses!. All the items you laid out in your first para seem fine. However, it is the lack of customer service from QF that is what is getting up the nose of most travellers.

We are all wise after the event, but as ScoMo said at the time, there was no manual for what occurred, and all those in the halls of power did as well as could be expected given the circumstances, though those in Victoria would probably have different thoughts about that.

When this was an issue when the passes were introduced, I just took a screen shot of the denial, showed it at the lounge, and it worked out OK for me a couple of times. Can’t beleive it is still a problem….

If that's the one down at the Jewel part of the terminals, they book by the hour so if you think you'll be able to sleep at that time of the morning, it's worth doing...

Thats a bit sad. When I did buy wine thru QF, and being in Perth, it was usually delivered within a week and the points arrived a day or two after delivery. Have to say that was pre CV19.

Getting away from hotels, I understood when I was last in Japan around 2012, they had a legislated max temperature of 22c from memory for the entire country. As is their want, the locals adhered to it pretty much. I was also of the understanding that the EU has a suggested max temp of 24c...

Have also had the creeping feet, and not so long ago, I had a young female in front of me with long hair, who flipped it over the back of her seat and blocked my screen. A quick tap on the shoulder resolved the issue...
