That's the standard economy service on VA for Y. Sounds like QF will serve your needs better with the complimentary snack for (usually) higher fare.

Thanks for the data points on missing SC's. Same issue for me. Flew MEL-HBA in J on 2 Jan and with pooling that 110 SC was to get me to WP! Sent an email on Thursday, no response as yet, but good to know that it's not just me and they are aware.

VA uses a 12 month rolling renewal - you need to have earnt 400 in the 12 months prior to your review date. In this case, you've only earnt 283 in the 12 months prior to your review date. The rest of your 403 status credits are from before 23 June 2022 and don't count towards renewal.
