The 380s are exclusive to and from LHR at the moment. I doubt it either. I'm looking forward to trying the A351 product out of CDG in January.

Sorry to hear this for you, but unfortunately not. J rewards are like hen's teeth at the moment. Rare. Being snapped up as quick as they go up due to people's large points balances, pent up demand, and subscription sites like seats.aero that notify people when seats become available. Hopefully...

Update: the Singapore agent on the live chat insists that there is nothing wrong on their end and that it is confirmed and ticketed and ok to fly. Hmm...

It depends on what your card (digital) says in the app. Usually access is to the end of the following month.

Just as a follow-up, the seat map updated at OLCI opening a few days ago to show the expected 3-3-3-3 layout in Y. We grabbed one of the "honeymoon" seats when it narrows to 2-3-2 towards the rear - thankfully didn't have to pay a seat selection fee again.
