I would be double checking, as on Friday I was able to pickup a good points offer that wasn't on FlightFormula and a better points offer than any other wine listed on FlightFormula.

I don't think FlightFormula has been working accurately for a a couple of weeks now.

It seems to say that gift cards not redeemed to book flights within the booking period dates wont' be eligible. Gift Vouchers purchased but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking (for flights that are not booked or travelled within the booking or travel period dates), won’t be eligible.

Is there a time period you have to request by? for example can agent put a request through for seats say two week out from when you call?, pretty sure a premium agent told me (about 6 months ago) it was too close to flight date for a seat request release.

So as an update, Velocity managed to get United to honour the booking and just ticketed me now, which is good at the economy seats for this flight are now $412 AUD each. Velocity only charged me $286 when re-ticketing, so I am not sure what is going on, however there must be some sort of pricing...
