Barring a significant quantity of unplanned travel in the next six weeks, I will fail to requalify for Velocity Platinum. I understand I will soft-land to Gold, but my question is: Would I then start with the requalification target of 400 SCs or go back to needing 500 SCs?

For me, both: Once logged-in, navigate Products > Credit cards > NAB Rewards > NAB Rewards Signature, and the offer terms are shown there.

I am looking at this as a replacement for the Coles Rewards MasterCard, being something with a decent miles conversion rate, and 0% FX. I have a NAB transaction account which was ported across from the Citi Plus, and as an existing customer I have a welcome offer slightly better than the public...

I have specifically asked about booking a Velocity award mixing partners (SQ/EY or SQ/QR) and have been told no.

It's several days ago now, but I clicked through from the Tier Match splash page, had to authenticate, then it sent me to a form to upload docs and one of the scenarios described was for "tier match". I uploaded the evidence and submitted.

Thanks, @itsjackson, eventually I got back in. I got a submission confirmation screen, and a proforma email a couple of hours later saying my case had been transferred to the relevant department. So [fingers crossed], I guess.
