Emiratres needs to get their own lounge back open - Plaza lounge is like a zoo with limited seating (as I think CX uses it also) and they progressively shut the bar (0100) and then food (0130) before the EK flight departure (0250).

QF domestic rewards ticketing is normally pretty quick, I normally get it a few minutes after the call ends (if made through call centre). Sometimes the points may take longer to come out.
