Have done public transport and taxi/ Uber from the Conrad multiple times. Probably prefer the taxi/ uber to be honest. Appreciate if not staying in that hotel/ area then public transport might be better and definitely cheaper. JL F is good but the food options are a bit meh, coughtails...

The answer is no as there is no arrivals access to F on QF and the SIN-MEL flight does not count as SH. OW rules allow connecting flights LH to SH to have class of service access to the lounge which is covered by the LH flight.

The last few times I have been there I have just bought my AirPort Express ticket online on their website and used contactless for the MTR. No issues so far.

None of the others you mentioned ever counted for P1 but since Covid the 50SC did. They have previously announced the end to this in other years. Perhaps this is finally ending. Still counts towards LTP though so I will continue to select it.

Honestly I would just send a short sweet email to the Chief Customer Officer Catriona Larritt. Google how to craft the email address. The offshore agents literally have zero clue why they have to fix this and how to go about it.
