Can't say I've flown WY, but on their 787s, they use the same Apex suites as JAL, but note that some flights to MCT out of KUL are on a 737 with recliners so be careful. The lounge in MCT looks pretty good too. QR's QSuite is a nice product, but it's something of a lottery whether you get them...

Yeah - business awards on EK are not really worth it due to the carrier charges (they're mostly not taxes!). Fortunately, with EK tightening up availability to their own members, Qantas now has fairly good availability for F awards.
