I can't see any swift details or any account numbers on the amex statement. To make things a bit more complicated for some reason I cant login to the amex site using my Amex US login details. I do have access to the amex US app on my phone though.

Thanks. And that balance can be as low as $1? So transfer 500 out to my own bank, then transfer 499 back the next day and then wait for points?
