They have for awhile now, we’ve taken Uber x a couple times now. They have an Uber x queue about 5min away and pickup is outside the hotel across the road from the terminal.

A big tick of agreement here too - based in MEL, we have no desire to ever go to Europe via PER-LHR. I've got some J trips booked in 2018 on CX A350 and am very much looking forward to those......

Yep, ditto here. I have 160 SCs that have posted that 100% should count but says only 140 have counted to loyalty bonus. I've checked my partner's account as she's flown the same flights and all hers have counted to her loyalty count.

That was a multi-city award redemption so we could have a layover in HKG for a few days, but one PNR for the 3 segments. Was very happy as we needed redemption for 4 PAX. Interestingly the HKG-LHR also had 4 * F award for exactly the same taxes, however the F was a 777 and the J was A380, and...

Amen to that, this week I've booked award MEL-HKG Y+ and HKG-LHR J and LHR-MUC J for $420 total on a mix of CX and BA metal, compared to what, approx $376 for just BNE-SIN......

Thanks Groundhog, we're travelling Thursday, though we'll be slumming it in the J lounge. We'd rather minimise time in the J lounge as the BOB* is better than the J lounge! *bubbles on board :p

We've got J on QF153 MEL-AKL coming up soon, just wondering how early we should realistically get to MEL for the 7am flight? Anyone seeing bigger delays these days through customs etc.?
