It definitely looks like they have changed the way you redeem points, the link to the old Citi Rewards page goes nowhere. The Citi website now says to redeem directly from the Citi Online portal. I'd be very interested to see whether point transfers actually take 28 days now....

Has anyone re-applied for this card within 12 months of cancelling and received bonus points? I'm considering doing that in a few months as there's nothing in the T&C's.

Good change but one issue is the $100 minimum spend, Uber Premier is way under $100 for me to the airport. I guess surge pricing will take care of that issue eventually.

There are lockers in AM South, just to the right as you enter. Not sure about AM North as I haven’t tried leaving any bags there yet.

There needs to be award availability for that to happen, more likely in less busy periods. They do release last minute award seats if they still have space but you need to be quick, last time they released a seat 12 hours prior but it was snapped up within 30s. One other option is to ask for...

It will be insanely challenging to find 4 seats on a single flight with QR, I would advise getting 2 seats on separate days, or just paying for the other tickets. The 2x Avios reward seats won't show up until you book the 2 at saver rate and that is not guaranteed to happen either.

Yeah, this is what I've done a few weeks ago and it worked well. I've just sent a list of hotels to the concierge email who gave me the total pricing for each option and the 4th night rebate amount. Much easier than trying to get pricing for 5+ hotels over the phone.
