I got both menulog offers but they are on separate cards. The spend $50 three times to get $20 back is on my platinum card and the spend $50 get $15 back is on my reserve card.

I just saw this too and did a double take. You need to spend $50 in 3 separate transactions to get 1 x $20 credit.

I've been really lazy in getting around to doing this. My $1450 annual fee was charged in February but I've just called to cancel this afternoon and got offered 70k points. Spend is 70k/month. Pretty underwhelming offer but better than nothing.
