Credit where credit’s due - QF’s service recovery was really efficient, they’ve def learnt their lesson from prior debacles. Hotel and food/beverage vouchers sent to everyone, free airport shuttle etc all very seamless upon landing

AA (operated by Republic Airways as American Eagle) LGA-YYZ. Newly renovated LGA was amazing, hands down nicest and easiest airport in NYC. Admirals lounge was quite decent. US$45 cash upgrade from Y to J well worth it. Photo taken from 1F on approach.
