Pretty sure it is 13 for the wellbeing app. I can't really see a reason you couldn't transfer them some points/cash (if they don't have them) and have them do the normal easy steps to get the leaves?

Probably not worth using points on this one, when you can get one-way flights from ~$190 incl taxes on Scoot if you are flexible with dates.
