I agree with what you say, however I think what we all know is that QF have many other issues which have been mentioned. They are as important as being on time, but that issue is something they don't have complete control over.

TBH - as I always do, I read the card re the emergency exits, and to also indicate that I was paying attention to their spiel given the screens were U/S.

Same with us yesterday flying SYD-PER in J, and it carried on to the flight with the crew publicly announcing after boarding that those travelling in Y that their toilets were at the rear of the aircraft, and then publicly balled out a couple of women who broke the rules during the flight...

We flew from SYD-PER in J yesterday and it was a bunfight. The drop down screens were activated and then started flapping around as though they were washing on the line. In the end, only two screens worked, so we read the safety card in the pocket. Not much - but what has it to do with safety???

Perhaps I should have stated that I allowed the auto renew as the premium was more than acceptable to me.
