I think when VA briefly operated NTL to AKL they drove staff from Sydney. I wonder if they’ll end up having to do the same thing unless they can get staff in 4 month hired and ready to operate casual shifts for these flights.

I've had this a bit lately where they've recommended I call, other times they've answered the question (plus some) within minutes. Still overall the Auckland based crew is great!

Nah I’d prefer an upgrade to first class on every flight for the next year thanks. Interesting that is 6 million and Manila so those who’ve not been dealing with Manila are fine. I’d love to know how long that goes back time wise as well!

20 mins before departure the flight is well into airport control and even they did offer to help they couldn’t.

Jetstar business class and Flex Plus bundles allow for name changes free of charge. All other fares attract the change fee (~$80 within 30 days of travel) + the fare difference (based on current price today).

I’m guess they are rebooking anyone who just had a TT flight on QF instead?
