    coughpy old shuttle bus that runs every 20mins, the stop is right outside the terminal with the next time digitally displayed. Taxi will cost around $30.

    I would either leave Perth on a morning flight or ideally the day before if not traveling with the same carrier, and avoid JQ via DPS altogether.

    I'm WP and struggle with reward tickets to Singapore around peak times, the ticket price is ridiculous as well. Have chosen Scoot to Singapore and then reward tickets from there. Did manage to get one via HKG with CX, a bit of a milk run, however as soon as I started getting multiple time...

    Qantas Call Centre Long Wait Times

    HUACA 3 times today until I got to Hobart. I find the "new options" to be a bit long winded. A lot of companies seem to think that drilling down to the reason for the call will speed things up, even though you will land within the same call centre anyway.

    Flight changes now no longer offering option to accept or change/refund?

    I had a time change on a CX flight, 20min, and it was automatically reticketed. No option to accept the change, not sure if that is because of the small time change or not. So even with a small change can I cancel for free?

    The very helpful HBA guy looked at alternatives for me yesterday. Helped to avoid a $1250 Y one way from Perth to SIN to connect with a rewards flight on BA to LHR/ABZ in Y in June. Not sure if this is correct, he said as the flight had only fully flex available that they would not release any...
