I normally do that and it brings up the economy fares and some J seats at higher points. It still doesn't explain why it shows "Lowest" as 159,000 point seats above and nothing under "Business Classic Reward" though.

Just checked. The details werent in the app and I cant seem to update them, just stuck saying "we are processing your transaction". Same on the web site.

I like that you can use Krisflyer miles to book Virgin domestic flights. I booked HBA CNS later this year. A couple of downsides though. I cant link my Velocity account number to the booking so the booking doesn't appear in my account. Also I'm not getting updates when flight times change...

My experience with Virgin call centre in recent times has been pretty good. Got answered in quick time and issue resolved although it was not particularly complex, just something I was unable to do online. Maybe I got lucky :cool:

I did that except I got the Virgin reference from Virgin after giving them the ticket number from the Singapore Airlines reward booking (see above). Going through Virgin I was unable to book the seats myself.
