That might've been the case. Vax cert was uploaded for the VTP. My status in TraceTogether is valid for 180 days from arrival.

It's fine if the vax qr upload failed for the SG Arrival Card. Just go ahead and click Preview then Submit. Arrived in SG under the VTL last week. The most stringent document checks were done at check-in. SG immigration only wanted to see my boarding pass and Arrival Card barcode, nothing else...

Was in the exact same situation. Pretty sure the SafeTravel site did mention cropping just the QR code, which is exactly what I did and it worked. Entered Singapore with no issues. VTP is very much essential though if you're not a Singaporean PR/Citizen, so definitely worth just getting the VTP...

Anyone received this recently? This was for a very old redemption for me (pre-pandemic), so it's surprising Qantas is going that far back to fix their mistakes. 👀

As a temporary work visa holder essentially stuck in Australia, I'm paying attention to the situation. Would be great if they'd at least only allow work/student visa holders to home-quarantine for 7 days if fully vaxxed (with no entry for the unvaxxed). That way hotel resources won't be strained.
