My experience having just had a card sent was that Amex doesn't seem to care. Once they verified my ID they were happy to send to whatever address. When you got your first replacement card, do you recall how long until / if you received a confirmation/etc email?

All done with Amex. They said they would send two confirmation emails about replacement card, but hasn't come through. Not in a rush, just wondering - is this a cause for concern that no confirmation email was received?
