I don't know if they would change the routing however if you no-show and don't contact them within 24 hours of the original departure time of A-B, Sabre will auto cancel the whole PNR. Not sure how it behaves if you no-show mid journey. I would suggest it can't be done as you aren't simply...

I have only been able to get this one to work if you book them separately. If I try to do a return booking in the one PNR it comes up with that same error.
