Re: Virgin Australia Business Class Catering Last toasted sandwich I had on QF was soggy on the bottom and dry on the type. Not really what you expect for a J price meal. A toastie is the sort of thing that has to be perfect if you are going to serve it.

Aren't they just validating your eligibility to enter? I don't think the old system or Sabre lists those that are in the lounge at a given time, the Velocity system may do.

I'm glad some airlines don't make calls int he lounges. Otherwise there is a constant stream of PA's, not very conducive to a relaxing environment.

Princess Fiona, where does it show on the reservation that an upgrade has been issued? I've received plenty of upgrades but never noticed anything prior to checkin.

I havent had any issues with the VA NZ 737's, only the A330 and 77W's.

I have the same issue on the A330 and B77W. Not sure if its a related to the seat map issue they had after the Sabre cutover. It's a bit annoying.

I have had the same happen on the flights where I have bought a flexi and upgraded using points or the WP complementary upgrades, as well as points redemptions. All in Business class. All booked post Sabre.

I have had the only spare seat in Y and J on a couple of occasions, On one flight I was having a good conversation with he CS and asked if there were many WP's onboard and she said I was the only one. Maybe the majority of the time however I have sat next to across from a 'Club' member on a couple of occasions when I've been in 3A and J was empty. Maybe there is a level or 'Club' membership or depends who it is?

Oh good. I'm using it as the return journey in place of a regular trip that normally takes me a little bit north on arrival so dont want to be left without a journey home. Are you travelling on the same day as B11 is scheduled?
