I have done it by calling them up. I believe the online chat in the app will work as well given I enrolled Priority Pass that way.

I got all cards linked to Ascent Premium. It can be done once it is linked as there will be only Ascent premium.

Update again: Applied again last Thu night and the system approved it within 2 sec. Received card on Monday. Asked to use either Explorer or Platinum Edge as companion card but unsuccessful. Linked them to Ascent Premium though. Will try again when annual fees show up.

Was on the phone to confirm my setup of direct debit( the representative was confused as me as I uploaded the form on cardservices website and it actually went through...), and he told me I may receive a call when I reach 12k at the moment but that is not a limit.

I am not so sure if NAB will take over diners... on the email with the ref number it says "New Apps Team – xx_X, Diners Club International, Citigroup Business Process Solutions". My understanding is NAB takes over only the retail department of Citibank?

Just got cards in exactly 3 weeks. They send me a reference number fairly quickly and called twice to confirm my address and name on the card and some documents.

Update: The supervisor just called back and said they cleared the issue, while still, the application is unsuccessful and he cannot disclose the reason. That is resolved and I am happy not to pay the $1450, for now.
