Do you know if I purchased the phone using Explorer, and now have the Charge, will it be transferable to the PC card? or I need to hold the Explorer card?

I used my card for a house deposit using Reward pay, it was in the 6 figures and no issue (did it in 2-3 payments from memory)

Any reason left to keep the Explorer card? I have the PC which i'll start using now, can't think of any reason to keep the Explorer other than the phone insurance?

Off topic - can you load cash into the charge card? I know its a big no no on the credit cards?

Payment Logic sent an update about their reduced rates today. 1.99-2.15% (ex. GST) on payments up to $499k. Even less if you want to pay $2m (I dont know anyone that can pay $2m on their charge card, not even Centurion holders)

Correct. With the right card combo, knowing how to redeem points and the fee they currently charge it makes a good proposition. My "cost per point" post 15 April is going to halve, with the devaluation across a few airlines, and amex already saying they are charging less fees, these platforms...

I tried to "convert" the plat edge to reserve, but they don't let you do it, I was sent a new application form to apply (can't apply online as it recognises the Explorer as Plat Reserve)

The Explorer / plat edge combo is useless post April, bonus categories are gone and transfer rates are the same

I tried to apply for the Companion card (hold PC) and when I go to the application I get a message saying I already hold it, anyone else seen this before? I hold the explorer card and recently cancelled the Palt Edge so I can apply for the Companion card

Agree with above comments, book Y to LAX then rev ticket from LAX will be better value probably
