Enrolled to the program since last May. My experience is for hotels in Greater China only. No problem with Hong Kong BUT search under X (Xiangong?) instead of H. Easier if you know Chinese inputting. Haven’t had luck with Macau though

I have a nicer experience so perhaps it depends on the property. In early November, I was able to pay with points on 2 nights using my SNU coupons at The Park Lane Hong Kong. So I guess no harm to call the property and check.
