    Winter Status Run advice

I went to Vegas for New Year's at the end of last year, staying until end of Jan. Had a number of flights between LAS, LAX, MIA, DFW, SJU, JFK and had no problems at all with weather induced flight changes.

    Status Match Fight Back

Why devalue the programme by giving away membership? VA had to do something to get critical mass because they were starting from such a low base. QF as leader should't play at that level - it should focus on engaging & rewarding those members who have earned status via spending money or...

    QFF in Singapore

hi all. i'll be relocating to Singapore for a couple of years (at least). am wondering whether anyone here lives in Singapore? is it worthwhile retaining QFF WP, or should i move to KrisFlyer? my thinking is that when MAS is a full OW member my opportunities to earn and use points will increase.

quick reply from qf customer care

I always receive good service from QF flight crews. On the occasions where the service from individuals on international flights has been outstanding I will provide feedback via the online form - and without fail I have received a call from QF to acknowledge the feedback.

    Glad I'm a Qantas boy...

Traveling in the US at moment and have had a number of flights with American Airlines. As per my previous experiences with AA, I am not particularly impressed with the standard of service. There are certainly a small number of individuals who do try to provide a very good service, but they...
