    Qantas Call Centre

QF regards passengers as self loading cargo. Best thing I ever did was dump them for international travel. Other carriers are much better, better value, more flights, more destinations, value your business. Stuck with QF for domestic travel but use VA where ever possible.

Are other airlines also as bad as Qantas?

Just another reason to move on from QF, we grew up with them, but they are arrogant, so complacent they will do just about anything to long suffering customers. Its not about the customer its all about the executives KPI's.

Epic fail for Qantas Price Promise [resolved]

QF are all about money, they are a profit driven company, what do you expect. Just shop around and buy the best deal. Don't expect loyalty from any airline. Spend your money where you get the best deal. Loyalty is something QF and others use to stop you optimising value. Buy the fare that is...

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Nice to hear an inside view.................just confirms what is obvious from an experienced managers perspective...............the "leadership" have zero experience at the coal face!!!!

Have you noticed that Woolworths have cut out so many products..............but Coles has them on the self!.........the demise of a once great business!

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

The new scheme is useless, 2 recent spends, $90 and $120, and not a penny. Its because I don't buy what they want me to buy. The arrogance of trying to direct customers! Out of touch. The problem starts at the Board and goes right through the organisation. The Coles scheme allocates points...

My reversals are not for duplicates!. Still waiting for action from Woolworths. Not only have they incorrectly reversed transactions, they have tried to fob me off. Also, other transactions in December 2015 have not had points credited. This is a complete breach of their undertaking to award...

Not a reply worth having..............they are in chaos........and ripping people off.

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

I'm going social media next, Facebook and Twitter..............taking the points back is one thing, trying to fob me off is another. I really don't like the brush off....especially when I am in the right.

Good luck with that........I think the system is screwed. In my case we are talking about thousands of points...............

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Woolworths are taking points back! I had 1200 QFF deducted from my QFF account the other day. (2 separate transactions, one Cellarmasters and the other Supermarkets) Credited Dec 27 removed Jan 8. After a lot of effort got a standard email from Everyday Rewards saying " only over payments had...

So is QFF points chasing worthwhile?

And you only use QF to the USA because there is still limited choice/competition on the Pacific.open it up to SQ and EK and watch the prices fall. I for you am over paying high fares to feather bed QF management .

So is QFF points chasing worthwhile?

QFF have in my opinion just about killed the goose that laid golden eggs for them. Like so much about QF its FF scheme is below the value offered by other airlines in my opinion. (eg. AA taxes are usually less than $10.....yes $10!) Also cost in points is much higher........but QFF are devalued...

WOW have lost the plot on this card. Its all about them and not about the customer. If you don't buy what they want you to buy its useless. The Coles card rewards every $ you spend, and provides quick easily accessed benefits.

How to benefit with lowest status rank

Yes, the lounge is good, but try the CX lounge also...........that's why QF upgraded. The service is limited, one flight a day up and back, pity about connections, old tired and very noisy 747's, fly a 777 or better still 787 and tell me what you prefer and the fares are expensive!

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

No FF points at WOW won't impact the average shopper, they can't earn enough for it to be worthwhile and there was a $30 hurdle. Plus QF don't make enough flights available for it to be a big incentive. The simple Coles scheme, points on everything plus bonus points and convert to cash discount...

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Yes its more complex than cheap oil for WOW. Just watch QF when oil goes up and they eventually have to take the same sort of write off hit on the 380 that they took on the old tired inappropriate 747 fleet. Glad I don't fly QF much. The 777 and 787 of competitors are far more comfortable and...

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Yes, WOW has lost the plot, like QF. WOW over is complex and inconsistent. Deferred benefit in place of consistent easy understood system of specials and points. QF are all about big corporate travellers and offer huge discounts don't care about SME and smaller corporates. Thank goodness for...

How to benefit with lowest status rank

My advice is spend your points or cash on the product best for you, value, convenience. For years I was loyal to QF but I was cut loose/freed my self and it is very liberating. For international travel in most cases QF is uncompetitive often both on price and product. You are the buyer, look...

Woolworths reviewing partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Well, I ques Woolis figured it wasn't worth the cost.......QF being too greedy. Weren't they bragging FF was the most profitable part of their business? Maybe QF might learn you can't bleed customers for ever, they eventually rebel. The Woolworths program may mean cheaper shopping and more...
