Nothing to do with business class, your choice flights ought to be fine, but flights had to be booked with an ABN or via the business flyer portal. Odd that no SCs have come through unless they were rewards.

If she enters on the Thai passport I can understand why you'd need to show it on exit. But asking for Thai ID on the basis of appearance doesn't seem right and you're right to be cheesed off. Do others with dual passports have to show both when entering or exiting countries?

They sure were and they were often in handy locations with knowledgeable hosts. Used them extensively in the late 90's and early 00's. Great memories of a bed and a full english the morning for a tenner a head, 20 quid in the bigger cities.
