    After waiting 6 weeks (was originally promised refunds within14 days) I tried the email address. Received a reply 7 days later and refunds for two of the three bookings 3 days after that. Still waiting on surcharges from an award booking.

    By way of contrast, I cancelled LM and UA awards in the past week and the miles (for what they may be worth) were refunded the next day. Taxes said to take 30 days. Edit: UA taxes were refunded in 6 days.

    Received an email today informing me that an award booking had been cancelled due to coronavirus etc. Full refund to follow within 4 weeks. The trip was completed last September.
